Refunds

We do not accept exchanges, returns, or refunds unless the product ordered is not the product received. In that case, you would email us with a copy of your payment receipt, and a photo of the package you received. Sarah will then help you on an individual basis.

Digital items are always non-refundable.

If you ordered a digital download, and did not receive the download- submit proof of purchase in an email to us as well. The digital download will be delivered to your email inbox- Please search for “Your Love at Home Education Order” if you do not see it.

Shipping returns

We ship via media mail, unless you pay for priority. Items are shipped within 1 week of the purchase, unless it is a presale. In the event of a pre-sale, the product description will inform you of when your order should be shipped. Feel free to email us with any questions.

Shipping is calculated upon checkout. We do not ship outside the USA or Puerto Rico. Any orders from outside these countries will be cancelled and refunded.
