C is for Caterpillar Activities

This week for ABC learning, we chose C is for Caterpillar.

My friend on Instagram started the hashtag #26animalalphabetweeks, so we are trying to stay within that category for at least 1 ABC lesson per week!

 

Caterpillars are a favorite of ours, because we raised some earlier this year.

It was so amazing to watch them change, and grow.

So when we revisited them with this lesson; the kids and I both had a really fun time.

 

Resources

Using our free ABC Resources, we decorated the letter C to look like a caterpillar.

We used puff balls, and tape- but I realllly recommend you use glue!

Our poor Caterpillar bodies ended up falling apart!

 

We also checked out Caterpillar related books at the library, and read those for reading time that day.
